Shipping area: We ship internationally.

Delivery times:
– Within Germany: 4–8 business days
– International orders: up to 14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

The delivery period begins after receipt of payment and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and shipping destination. If delays occur, we will inform you promptly via email.

For delivery addresses in remote or extended areas, carriers may charge additional delivery fees. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping. You can then choose whether to cover the additional shipping cost or cancel the order for a refund.

Depending on product size and destination, shipping is carried out via DHL, Hermes or a comparable service. Tracking information will be provided automatically after dispatch.
