Recommended Materials & Printing Methods

For the best fit, appearance, and durability, the following material combination is recommended:

Knob Covers

• ASA (FDM)

ASA is recommended due to its good temperature resistance and long-term durability in automotive interiors.

Knob Bodies

• Anycubic High Clear Resin

The knob bodies are designed for resin printing. High Clear Resin is recommended where transparency or light transmission is desired.

Important: The knob bodies are not optimized for FDM printing. Printing them using an FDM printer may require adjustments to the geometry, tolerances, or print settings.

Assembly

After printing, the knob cover must be permanently bonded to the knob body using a suitable adhesive.

Make sure the cover is positioned in the correct orientation before applying the adhesive, as incorrect alignment may affect the final appearance and function of the knob.

Test-fit and verify the alignment of both parts before gluing them together.
